Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain processes to identify improvements and increase operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to optimize supply chain operations and improve end-to-end visibility.
  • Collaborate with clients to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Use data analytics to create connected and agile supply chain networks.
  • Provide guidance on technology solutions supporting supply chain modernization.
  • Design integration solutions across Oracle, SAP, and third-party systems.
  • Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware platforms.
  • Develop and secure APIs using OAuth, tokens, certificates, and other security standards.
  • Manage client relationships and translate complex needs into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold professional and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience required.
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required.
  • Proven ability to design, build, configure, and support enterprise integrations across the full delivery lifecycle.
  • Preferred fields of study include engineering, computer and information science, and data processing, analytics, or science.
  • Preference for proficiency in supply chain management software, logistics management, operational excellence, and strategic sourcing in procurement.
