Responsibilities
- Perform smoke and regression testing for new releases and feature updates
- Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and accurately
- Support bug triage with developers and product teams
- Manage and track test cases using tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
- Log issues and monitor progress using Jira or Asana
- Validate functionality across browsers and mobile devices
- Use browser developer tools to inspect elements, monitor requests, and support troubleshooting
- Improve QA processes and documentation standards
Requirements
- Around 1–3+ years of experience in manual software testing or a similar QA role
- Understanding of smoke testing, regression testing, and structured bug reporting
- Experience with at least one test management tool such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
- Experience testing across different browsers and mobile devices
- Basic understanding of browser developer tools
- Clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing best practices is preferred
- Experience executing detailed test cases, maintaining test documentation, reporting bugs, and participating in bug triage discussions is preferred
- Basic familiarity with JSON structures and HTML is preferred
