Responsibilities

  • Develop product features across React UI, middle-tier and backend development, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and API services.
  • Work with limited or no supervisory guidance and consistently deliver on commitments.
  • Contribute to test automation, test data management, peer reviews, and secure development practices.
  • Maintain a production-first mindset focused on scale, uptime, and rapidly triaging and resolving production issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems and collaborate across teams to meet commitments.
  • Drive adoption of development best practices, innovation, learning, and continuous improvement within Agile Scrum teams.
  • Use and evaluate AI tools responsibly to support daily work and improve workflows or insights.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of software development experience is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in C# and experience with new feature development and automated testing.
  • Experience with data and query analysis and optimization for scalable, performant products and services.
  • In-depth Microsoft Azure knowledge is preferred, including experience with relevant cloud and messaging services.
  • Experience with test data management, security controls, troubleshooting, and software quality practices.
  • Experience working effectively in Agile Scrum teams and contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field, or commensurate experience, is preferred.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias and understand responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
