Base Salary
$85k - $118k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain responsive customer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Develop front-end components using Angular or React and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build RESTful APIs, asynchronous event streams, database integrations, and resilient microservices.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, JUnit, Mockito, and Jest.
- Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing across staging and production-like environments.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD release pipelines in partnership with QA and DevOps teams.
- Apply secure coding practices and implement authentication, authorization, data sanitization, and secure communications.
- Use Splunk, distributed tracing, and APM tools to monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and analyze performance.
- Support weekend production deployments, release validations, post-deployment verification, root cause analysis, and runbook improvements.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, architecture, and engineering stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in an application development role.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with high-traffic, distributed, cloud-based services.
- Experience leading infrastructure programs and working with third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and oral communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
- Preferred experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Harness, or Tekton.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, Apache Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Preferred experience developing hybrid or native mobile applications with React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android.
- Preferred knowledge of BDD/TDD using Cucumber or similar frameworks.

- Base salary range of $84,580.00–$118,020.00, excluded from benefits summary because compensation figures are not listed as a benefit.
