Responsibilities

Partner with infrastructure and engineering teams to embed security into development workflows.
Design, implement, and improve cloud security across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.
Conduct cloud threat modeling and manage cloud incident response.
Develop IAM strategies and enforce best practices for access control.
Drive cloud data security controls including classification and encryption.
Create automated remediation workflows for cloud misconfigurations.
Deploy and manage cloud-native security services.
Apply zero-trust principles to network defense.
Automate detection and response workflows for cloud security.
Utilize AI to enhance security practices and team efficiency.

Minimum 7+ years in security roles with 5+ years focused on cloud security engineering.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field.
Deep technical expertise in AWS, Azure, and GCP architectures.
Strong infrastructure-as-code skills, particularly with Terraform.
Advanced understanding of container security and CI/CD pipeline design.
Proven incident response experience related to cloud-based threats.
Expertise in cloud IAM, including federation and least privilege design.
Strong background in cloud network security.
Proficiency in scripting languages for automation and security tooling.
Knowledge of security platforms like CNAPP and WAF.
Ability to lead architecture reviews and influence engineering stakeholders.
