Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain enterprise QA and testing strategies aligned with business objectives and delivery methodologies.
- Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and risk-based testing across multiple initiatives and releases.
- Design, maintain, and execute automated test suites using frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright.
- Perform API, functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, user acceptance, database, and data validation testing.
- Ensure traceability and test coverage for requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Support release validation, defect analysis, root cause analysis, quality metrics reporting, and continuous testing practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Owners, Business Systems Analysts, vendors, and engineering teams.
- Participate in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright and automated test suite design and maintenance.
- Experience with BDD practices using Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar tools.
- Strong API testing and automation experience with Postman, SoapUI, or Swagger; MuleSoft integration exposure is preferred.
- Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
- Knowledge of risk-based testing, test planning, defect lifecycle management, release validation, and Shift-Left Testing.
- Experience with cloud-based applications, preferably AWS, and source code repositories such as GitHub.
- Familiarity with Jira, Rally, or similar project lifecycle and test management tools.
- Ability to perform SQL queries, database testing, and data validation.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- At least 9 years of IT/software engineering experience and 7 years of quality engineering experience.
- Experience in insurance or financial services and AWS certifications are preferred.
