Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on consulting for an internal CRM team and enterprise operations.
- Own the CRM solution architecture and overall solution quality.
- Ensure integration with the existing system landscape.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Provide technical leadership to two CRM Developers.
Requirements
- Experienced CRM Solution Architect or Senior Consultant with Dynamics 365 expertise.
- Strong architectural ownership and hands-on consulting capability.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and serve as the main client contact.
- English proficiency required; German is a plus.
- Availability for a long-term, full-time engagement.
