Responsibilities
- Build and deliver the customer-first Dialogue AI product across product, infrastructure, and AI.
- Take significant ownership of the product and help establish its technical foundation.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape the product and company culture.
- Help create studies, conduct interviews, and extract customer insights through the AI-agent platform.
Requirements
- Ability to work across the entire stack, including frontend, backend, and AI.
- Ability to use modern AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor and adapt quickly.
- Self-motivated, career-driven, and ready to take on outsized responsibility.
- Strong customer focus with a product and design mindset.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Experience with AI/ML development is a bonus.
- Candidates of all experience levels are welcome.
