Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a community of API and cloud engineers across platform teams.
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD tools and build pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical leaders and product owners on strategy, standards, roadmaps, architecture, and requirements.
- Advance modern software development practices within the API and cloud engineering community.
- Support delivery of tools and capabilities by working with engineering teams, product owners, agile coaches, and stakeholders.
- Promote quality and testable code, document solutions, and write technical blog articles.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Java, microservices, cloud technologies, iOS, and Android.
- Experience fostering a strong engineering culture in an agile and DevOps environment.
- Track record of improving productivity and quality for API and cloud engineers.
- Ability to participate in technical presentations and advocate for quality and open source ways of working.
