Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications that meet anticipated load, performance, availability, security, and resilience requirements.
- Engineer software, scripts, and tools enabling delivery of banking products and services within a feature team.
- Automate build, testing, deployment, and continuous integration/continuous delivery processes across environments.
- Support identification and resolution of incidents associated with IT services as directed by DevOps leadership.
- Ensure service resilience, sustainability, recovery time objectives, compliance with controls and standards, and high-quality service management data.
- Maintain expertise in current technologies, cybersecurity, data privacy, consent, and data residency regulations.
Requirements
- Knowledge of selected coding languages and IT frameworks, including relevant web, mobile, cloud, distributed development, microservice, and RESTful API technologies.
- Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, Node.js, HTML5, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, PCF/AWS, Mulesoft Anypoint Studio, and Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
- Relevant messaging-system experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with agile project management methods is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team management experience, particularly managing co-located teams, is preferred.
