Base Salary
$124k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver secure, scalable production software solutions.
- Review and debug code written by other engineers and establish standards for secure coding, peer review, and automated testing.
- Lead adoption and validation of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices for coding, code review, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to improve application and system operational stability.
- Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams regarding architectural designs, technical credentials, and system applicability.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience for specified NAMR/APAC, India, LATAM, and Hong Kong locations; advanced applied experience for specified EMEA/LATAM-Brazil locations, with Singapore following local guidance.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Experience leading approved AI-assisted software development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI engineering practices, data sensitivity, secure input/output handling, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Proficiency across the Software Development Life Cycle, application resiliency, security, and practical cloud-native development.
- In-depth knowledge of financial services industry technology and IT systems.
