Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered systems for processing voice streams and extracting insights.
- Engineer high-availability AI pipelines for reliable workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance customer AI capabilities.
- Rapidly prototype ML and LLM solutions for complex problems.
- Optimize processes across the stack to maximize ROI.
- Contribute to the development of Outreach's AI capabilities.
Requirements
- 2 years of hands-on experience with machine learning and NLP systems.
- Master’s Degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning, or related fields.
- Strong foundation in statistics and experiment design.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++ with strong software engineering skills.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based AI applications.
- Familiarity with continuous-deployment projects.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to support teammates.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in fast-moving environments.
- Quick learner of new technologies and LLM-related tooling.
