Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered systems that process voice streams and real-time transcriptions to extract structured intelligence, contextual signals, and actionable insights.
- Engineer high-availability AI pipelines across distributed, cross-team components for reliable, low-latency agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver AI-driven capabilities and tools for Outreach customers.
- Rapidly prototype ML and LLM solutions to validate approaches and accelerate iteration on complex problems.
- Optimize systems across model architecture and service orchestration to address key pain points and maximize ROI.
- Contribute to customer-facing AI surfaces and shape the experience of Outreach’s agentic AI capabilities.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience implementing machine learning and NLP systems, including LLM-based architectures, text classification, entity recognition, dialog, and agentic AI workflows.
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in statistics and experiment design.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C++ with strong software engineering skills.
- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based AI applications.
- Familiarity with continuous-deployment projects.
- Preferred experience with speech-to-text systems or real-time audio and voice processing.
- Preferred familiarity with agentic AI frameworks or LLM tool-use patterns.
- Preferred experience building low-latency, high-availability ML serving infrastructure.
- Preferred track record taking ML models from prototype to production at scale.
- Ability to collaborate, prioritize effectively, deliver incrementally, and learn new technologies and LLM-related tooling.
