Responsibilities
- Monitor business applications and middleware interfaces, including start-of-shift checks, handovers, and source-to-target data validations.
- Triage, troubleshoot, resolve, and perform root cause analysis for incidents on the Market Access platform.
- Protect the accuracy and timeliness of pricing, contracting, payments, and forecasting data flows.
- Implement optimizations and automations using scripting, integration tooling, and AI, including early LLM-based solutions.
- Apply SOx controls and quality procedures, document evidence, and manage changes to support audits.
- Collaborate with business process owners, vendors, support groups, and project teams while translating technical issues into business language.
- Use incident and agile management tools to prioritize work and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Degree-level education in computer science or a related discipline.
- Foundational knowledge of SnapLogic, Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Python, and SQL.
- Basic understanding of AI and its practical applications.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, data validation, root cause analysis, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Good spoken and written English, accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Desirable qualifications include experience with incident management, on-call or shift-based support, agile tools, Oracle or MySQL, LLM application implementation, Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, SOx controls, integration pipelines, Linux automation, scheduling, and observability tooling.
- Exposure to market access, pricing, contracting, financial forecasting, or regulated industries is desirable.
