Base Salary
$121k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Evaluate complex technical issues and provide actionable guidance, innovative solutions, and standardized development processes.
- Translate wireframes, designs, and business requirements into email and direct-mail communications using HTML, CSS, and AEM components.
- Develop complex custom HTML projects and consult with stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.
- Advise marketing teams and other stakeholders on capability gaps and recommended solutions.
- Test work against functional and design requirements and collaborate with QA resources to resolve defects.
- Work with PMO and Team Operations to provide estimates, establish timelines, and communicate project status.
- Identify and implement process and technology innovations within the AEM ecosystem.
- Mentor junior developers on email development best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience through work, military experience, or specialized training.
- Strong technical leadership skills and the ability to evaluate intricate problems, provide guidance, and drive workflow standardization.
- Strong development experience with current HTML and CSS.
- Experience with AEM 6.5 building blocks, including templates, components, dispatcher, and workflow.
- Experience building emails.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira.
- Experience with a Digital Asset Management system.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, including Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Forms.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related discipline, AEM Certification, experience with content management systems or software, experience with Adobe communications products, knowledge of Adobe AEM component development and best practices, and knowledge of content modeling.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
