Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ components, workflows, rules, forms, approval processes, lifecycle events, certifications, access requests, and provisioning workflows.
- Develop custom connectors, REST and SOAP integrations, APIs, and web services connecting SailPoint with enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, optimize application performance, and support upgrades and migrations.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, conduct unit testing, and support SIT/UAT.
- Maintain technical documentation and follow secure coding standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- At least 4 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development, Workflows, Rules, Forms, Certifications, Lifecycle Manager, Role Management, Access Requests, Provisioning, Debugging, and Connector Framework.
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, JavaScript, REST APIs, SOAP, and JSON.
- Experience with Tomcat, Active Directory, LDAP, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle Database, SQL Server, and Linux.
- Experience with Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA, Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, and Postman.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, object-oriented programming, SailPoint optimization, secure coding, and Agile development skills.
- Preferred certifications include SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint IdentityIQ Professional, Oracle Java Certification, and ITIL Foundation.
