Responsibilities
- Design and build resilient cloud infrastructures protected against security threats.
- Develop and assess cloud security solutions for systems, databases, and networks.
- Assess security controls and recommend improvements.
- Monitor and analyze logs, conduct vulnerability assessments, and investigate security incidents and threats.
- Help shape cloud security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Create technical and managerial security reports for cloud applications and infrastructure.
- Implement and test network and security disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor sensitive data use and regulate access to protect information.
- Ensure data confidentiality and integrity during transmission, storage, and processing.
- Review security procedure violations and support corrective discussions.
- Provide end-user support for network and security-related issues.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Information Security or another related field.
- At least five years of general DevOps experience.
- At least two years of information security experience with a proven focus on cloud security.
- Technical knowledge of Amazon Web Services and proficiency with AWS IAM, Organizations, SO, VPC, Transit Gateway, S3, EC2, RDS, ELB, CloudTrail, Config, Inspector, GuardDuty, and WAF.
- Advanced knowledge of current cloud infrastructure threats and cloud security practices.
- Background building and deploying cloud applications using Infrastructure as Code.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and integrate effectively with a team.
- Ability to learn new technologies in depth quickly.
- Availability to work in the CET timezone.
- Terraform, container security, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud are nice-to-have qualifications.
