Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance applications for performance and scalability.
Identify opportunities to simplify experiences, reduce operational toil, and streamline workflows.
Contribute to AI initiatives and solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead a small team and manage stakeholder communication.
Contribute to production application deployment activities.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related engineering.
8–15 years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in enterprise environments.
Proficiency with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency with backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, and Python.
Experience with databases and analytical tools such as SQL and Snowflake.
Experience using AI tools and solutions such as Windsurf, Devin, Copilot, and coding assistants.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and production application deployment.
Experience leading a small team and managing stakeholder communication.
