Responsibilities
- Design internet-scale, high-performance infrastructure.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain new product features end-to-end.
- Own large cross-functional initiatives from conception through delivery.
- Drive technical decisions and contribute to roadmapping.
- Operate and optimize large-scale distributed systems for performance and cost.
- Conduct code reviews and foster knowledge-sharing across the engineering team.
- Work autonomously alongside the CTO and Software & ML teams.
Requirements
- At least six years of backend experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience optimizing systems for latency, performance, and compute efficiency.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and CI/CD best practices.
- Experience with or strong curiosity about AI technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and high engineering quality.
