Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an AI-powered HR chatbot for employee inquiries.
- Design and test conversation flows for the chatbot to improve accuracy.
- Digitize and organize HR policy documents for AI reference.
- Analyze employee queries to identify gaps in HR documentation.
- Automate repetitive HR tasks using appropriate tools.
- Build AI agents for monitoring and distributing HR dashboards.
- Design automated workflows for key HR metrics reporting.
- Automate performance review cycle processes and tools.
- Build dashboards for tracking talent acquisition metrics.
- Automate routine finance workflows and create reports.
Requirements
- B.Tech degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools through projects or internships.
- Working knowledge of Python for scripting and debugging.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts like LLMs or NLP.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace and cloud-based tools.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage work independently and meet deadlines.
