Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority AI projects end-to-end, from research to production.
- Work hands-on with frontier models and Prodigal's Intelligence Engine.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and support build-vs-integrate decisions.
- Participate in roadmap discussions and translate customer insights into engineering direction.
- Join customer conversations and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Participate in recruiting and evaluate submissions for campus hiring.
- Act as a sounding board for architectural decisions and team dynamics.
Requirements
- Strong CS fundamentals with hands-on experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
- 0 to 5 years of experience, with a focus on exploration rather than optimization.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and engagement with current research.
- High bias for action and comfort with ambiguity.
- A builder's mentality with a history of sustained effort in projects.
