Responsibilities
- Work with large scale structured and unstructured data to build and improve ML systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify business impact opportunities.
- Tackle changing fraud attack landscapes with other trust defense teams.
- Productionize and operate AI/ML solutions and pipelines at scale.
- Lead and mentor a collaborative AI/ML culture within the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of industry experience in backend/platform engineering.
- Strong programming skills in Python/Java and solid data engineering foundations.
- Understanding of ML best practices and algorithms.
- Experience with technologies like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Experience in building observability for AI systems.
- Must have experience working in large tech product companies.
- Exposure to architectural patterns of high-scale software applications.
- Experience with test-driven development and A/B testing.
- Experience in the Trust and Risk domain is a plus.
