Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust MCP servers to expose Salesforce services to AI agents.
- Rapidly decompose data models of enterprise applications to build effective schemas for AI interaction.
- Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation workflows and AI agents.
- Lead the transition from simple chatbots to Agentic AI with multi-agent collaboration.
- Build and maintain secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs across cloud environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert for AI automation and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years in professional software engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and understanding of its API/Object model.
- Proven experience building AI agents using MCP and implementing RAG architectures.
- Deep expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and handling complex authentication flows.
- A 'hunter' mindset for information and the ability to learn new tools independently.
