Responsibilities
- Understand customers' AI strategies and business challenges to create tailored solutions.
- Rapidly prototype innovative solutions during customer hackathons.
- Execute end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects ensuring compliance with data frameworks.
- Translate strategic priorities into impactful Celonis use cases and business cases.
- Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Manage the customer value journey, driving adoption and expansion of Celonis solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on business data analysis and process improvement.
- Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications and experience with RPA and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with Process Mining tools and technologies is preferred.
- Experience in project management and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, especially for executive stakeholders.
