Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences for creating and configuring AI agents.
- Design workflows for evaluating agent quality and understanding failure modes.
- Develop product loops for agent self-improvement through feedback and optimization.
- Assist users in deploying and operating both auto-mode and independent agents.
- Collaborate across frontend, backend, and product systems to enhance user experiences.
- Work with design, product, and research teams to identify and implement high-value use cases.
Requirements
- BA/BS in computer science or a related degree.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in building product software.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or Typescript.
- Experience in AI, agentic, workflow, or automation product development is a plus.
- Strong product sense with the ability to work on user-facing and backend systems.
- Leadership skills and past management experience are a bonus.
