Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end product experiences for creating and configuring AI agents for real work.
- Design workflows for evaluating agent quality, inspecting results, and understanding failure modes.
- Build feedback, evaluation, optimization, and self-improvement loops for agents.
- Enable deployment and operation of auto-mode and independent agents with guardrails, controls, and visibility.
- Work across frontend, backend, prompting, harness behavior, infrastructure, and product systems.
- Partner with design, product, research, and go-to-market teams to identify and deliver high-value agent use cases.
- Balance quality, latency, trust, cost, product ambition, and engineering rigor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience building product software.
- Strong coding skills in Go, Python, Java, or TypeScript, with an emphasis on reliable, well-tested systems.
- Experience with AI, agentic, workflow, automation, or developer-product experiences is a strong plus.
- Strong product sense and comfort working across user-facing experiences and backend systems.
- Leadership skills and prior management experience are a bonus.
