Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack features using React and Python.
- Implement and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize user flows.
- Consume and design APIs with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, and production monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product teams and other stakeholders to implement features.
- Mentor junior developers on coding practices and processes.
- Write secure, stable, testable, maintainable code with minimal defects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer in technology companies, preferably startups.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and Redux Saga.
- Familiarity with frontend architecture patterns and design systems.
- Experience with Python and its ecosystem is required.
- Frontend inclination with flexibility to work on backend tasks when needed.
- Proficiency with Git or similar code-versioning tools.
- Understanding of computer science concepts, object-oriented design, multithreaded architecture, data structures, algorithms, cybersecurity, secure coding, and testable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex business flows and large amounts of data.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative, metrics-driven environments.
