Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain full-stack application components using Java, Spring Boot, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and build scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them with responsive single-page applications.
- Own feature development from concept through deployment, including database architecture, backend logic, and UI implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Investigate and resolve complex full-stack issues raised by users and provide workarounds for significant system errors.
- Tune application performance at the database, server, and client UI levels.
- Lead and mentor junior developers in backend stability, frontend development, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of overall software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Deep proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Native SQL, backend architecture, and database modeling.
- At least 2 years of experience developing web-based user interfaces with HTML5, CSS, and React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services, microservices architecture, secure API integration, UI usability, and single-page web application lifecycles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to new frameworks or technology stacks.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization, with tools such as Jenkins or Docker considered useful.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed systems is useful.
- Knowledge of SVG-based charting libraries such as D3.js is useful.
