Responsibilities
- Partner with legal teams to identify workflow automation and AI integration opportunities.
- Act as the technical DRI for Legal AI tools, managing the full lifecycle from intake to deployment.
- Build, test, and deploy AI workflows and applications for legal functions.
- Run discovery workshops to translate business requirements into engineering specifications.
- Navigate internal governance processes for legal stakeholders.
- Maintain the Legal Tech project portfolio and communicate initiatives to leadership.
- Build relationships with legal and cross-functional partners.
- Design and deliver training sessions on AI tools for legal teams.
- Create user guides and enablement materials tailored to legal personas.
- Track usage metrics and report on the impact of AI initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Legal Technology or Enterprise SaaS implementation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI in workflows.
- Proven track record of architecting AI-powered applications.
- Experience in forward-deployed or client-centric technical roles.
- Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
- Experience designing and implementing custom business solutions.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Adept at leading complex projects and promoting operational excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
