Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components and Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation solutions.
- Lead technical requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design workshops, and high-level and low-level technical design.
- Implement functional and technical requirements and drive integrations with other applications.
- Advise on systems architecture and collaborate with enterprise architects on integration and migration details.
- Design and review compensation plans, credit rules, payment processes, workflows, security, imports, exports, disputes, reports, and dashboards.
- Establish and monitor governance processes and unified design and documentation standards across Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders in client-facing roles and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Guide and train team members and contribute to thought leadership and practice building.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required.
- Technical experience section specifies approximately 9–12 years as a techno-functional consultant and at least 3–4 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation capabilities, including compensation plans, payments lifecycle, integrations, and data model extensions.
- Experience with classification and credit rules, transaction process management, workflows and approvals, participation management, security, import/export, payment processing, payment plans, dispute management, SOAP/REST APIs, user-defined queries, formulas, reports, dashboards, and configuration workbooks.
- Experience establishing governance processes and unified design and documentation standards across multiple Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation instances.
- Bachelor’s or master’s university degree in technology or engineering, with 15 years of full-time education.
- Good communication, proactive collaboration, stakeholder management, team guidance, and training abilities.
- Oracle Fusion Sales or Incentive Compensation certification, territory and quota management, Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle B2B Service Cloud, and continuous integration and development experience are preferred.
