Responsibilities
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and maintain software solutions integrating Gen AI models with enterprise workflows.
- Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
- Develop secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms integrated with enterprise systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure software meets design constraints.
- Analyze large and diverse datasets and create visualizations and reporting to improve software applications and systems.
- Identify data patterns and hidden problems and use insights to improve coding practices and system architecture.
- Use enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Contribute to engineering communities, reusable AI-assisted development patterns, and responsible AI practices.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and at least 3 years of applied experience.
- Hands-on software development experience with LLMs, Gen AI solution integration, and RAG solutions.
- Practical experience with system design, application development, data pipelines, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience with AI agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, and document-based Gen AI use cases.
- Strong hands-on Python expertise and experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining software in a large corporate environment using modern programming and database-querying languages.
- Understanding of software development life-cycle concepts, application resiliency, security, and cloud and ML technologies.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and validating their outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, and resiliency and security expectations.
- Preferred experience building enterprise Gen AI solutions and using AWS or similar cloud technologies.
- Cloud technology certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with Java and shell scripting is preferred.
