Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design of multi-agent workflows using ML and Gemini LLMs to address complex financial problems.
- Build, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI agents with reliable, usable, auditable architectures and human-in-the-loop interfaces.
- Move AI/ML prototypes into production systems and deploy high-availability model endpoints with health checks, error handling, retries, and fallback mechanisms.
- Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails to reduce logical errors, hallucinations, and bias in automated financial decision-making.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Finance stakeholders to translate ambiguous problems into technical specifications and resolve integration challenges.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, or Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years of experience using analytics, coding, database querying, or statistical analysis to solve product or business problems.
- Preferred: 8 years of full-stack development experience for end-to-end machine learning solutions.
- Preferred: experience building production-ready agentic tools and systems, including autonomous or semi-autonomous agents with governance, logging, and human-in-the-loop flows.
- Preferred: experience with classical ML modeling, LLM and Generative AI tooling, AI/ML model development and deployment, and observability or monitoring tools.
- Preferred: excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to explain technical architectures and probabilistic model behavior to executive finance leadership.
