Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of Technical Design Documents for new solutions or integrations.
- Build multi-system integrations and design scalable data models for enterprise applications.
- Develop custom applications and modules using JavaScript, Glide, HTML, and CSS.
- Build UI components to enhance user experience and optimize performance.
- Manage project delivery by communicating progress and representing the team in discussions.
- Lead stakeholder demos for larger initiatives to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Consult on design decisions for small-to-medium initiatives.
- Identify technical debt and performance bottlenecks, implementing optimizations.
- Train teams on existing functionality to improve platform adoption.
- Analyze security concerns and propose mitigation strategies.
- Represent the team on CAB calls and facilitate the change approval process.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development and scripting.
- Experience architecting and building REST/SOAP integrations.
- Proficiency in designing modular, reusable components.
- Proven ability to lead enhancements or projects end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices for security and instance health.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 5+ years of progressive ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent certification.
