Responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams to map workflows and identify bottlenecks for AI impact.
- Scope, prototype, and ship AI agents and automations to eliminate manual work.
- Monitor quality and iterate on AI agents based on real usage data post-launch.
- Design and build the shared AI Agents platform with necessary components.
- Build evaluation harnesses to measure agent quality and catch regressions.
- Author and maintain MCP connectors for AI agents' access to internal tools.
- Write and review code with a focus on security, testing, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
- Strong Python skills and solid fundamentals across the tech stack.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production, including prompt engineering and debugging.
- Experience building structured evaluation pipelines for AI systems.
- Ability to diagnose productivity issues before proposing solutions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and driving loosely defined problems to solutions.
- Fluency with AI tools and agents, with a deep understanding of their failure modes.
