Member of Technical Staff, Production Platforms (Productivity Engineering)

- Design, build, and maintain internal platform services and automation for engineering workflows.
- Develop APIs, dashboards, agentic workflows, supporting data models, and operator-facing tooling.
- Improve testbed lifecycle management, lease enforcement, policy governance, and service integrations.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
- Debug workflow and infrastructure issues and improve platform correctness, reliability, security, and operational behavior.
- Identify bottlenecks, bugs, and architectural gaps and implement robust fixes.
- Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate across teams to turn operational pain points into scalable platform improvements.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building backend or platform systems.
- Experience with Linux systems, automation, and production-grade debugging.
- Experience with Go and scripting for infrastructure or platform automation.
- Experience with APIs, service integrations, and workflow-based systems.
- Ability to solve problems independently and work effectively in ambiguous areas and across teams.
- Experience building internal platforms, developer productivity tools, or infrastructure services is preferred.
- Experience with observability, dashboards, engineering-facing operational tooling, Kubernetes, containerized systems, fleet-scale infrastructure, distributed systems, or open source ecosystems is preferred.
- Experience improving reliability, governance, and lifecycle control for shared infrastructure is preferred.
