Responsibilities
- Design customer communications and document-processing workflows using Quadient Inspire, including Scaler, Designer, and Interactive.
- Develop and configure Quadient Inspire applications and templates for document production.
- Write, maintain, and optimize scripts and code to automate document processing and data extraction using configuration-driven design methodologies.
- Test and debug Quadient Inspire solutions to ensure high-quality, error-free output.
- Troubleshoot issues involving document composition, formatting, data integration, and output generation.
- Integrate Quadient Inspire with CRM, ERP, and content management systems.
- Provide end-user guidance and support on Quadient Inspire functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3 to 8 years of experience.
- Experience as a Quadient Developer with Quadient Inspire, including Scaler, Designer, and Interactive.
- Strong understanding of the insurance or banking domain.
- Ability to develop, configure, script, test, debug, troubleshoot, and integrate Quadient Inspire solutions.
