Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance scalable cloud-native software solutions and observability platform capabilities.
- Own end-to-end feature delivery from requirements analysis and technical design through implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support.
- Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance issues, conduct root cause analysis, and improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, containerized deployments, and Kubernetes-based solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and engineering productivity solutions to improve delivery, code quality, and developer effectiveness.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native distributed software systems.
- Experience building cloud-native microservices and distributed systems using Golang, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
- Proficiency developing scalable backend services, gRPC APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Experience with observability and monitoring practices including telemetry collection, metrics, logging, tracing, and large-scale-system troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and automation practices using Jenkins, GitOps, Helm, and container-based deployment pipelines.
- Agile/Scrum experience, collaboration, technical ownership, and problem-solving skills are valued.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
- Full-stack development experience using ReactJS is an advantage.
