Responsibilities
- Build and configure Journey Builder journeys and Automation Studio automations from approved user stories.
- Develop AMPscript and SSJS personalization and dynamic content for email and other channel templates.
- Create and maintain data extensions, SQL query activities, and contact/subscriber data models.
- Build and QA one-shot and always-on campaigns across markets and languages.
- Support integration testing between CRM or Commerce platforms and Marketing Cloud using MC Connect and APIs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide effort estimates for backlog items.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign KPIs including deliverability, opens, clicks, and bounce rate.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation for delivered work.
- Contribute to L3 incident root-cause analysis and bug fixes when allocated.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
- Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder/Data Extensions.
- Working knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
- Experience building API-based integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM or Commerce platforms.
- Understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and personalization best practices.
- Experience with version control and release processes for Marketing Cloud assets.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Developer certification is preferred.
- Experience with WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE, or retail and luxury goods marketing is preferred.
