Responsibilities
- Develop tools to analyze customer operations and database states.
- Provide index and schema suggestions to improve database performance.
- Work on APIs and customer-facing UIs for MongoDB users.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex problems in a distributed environment.
Requirements
- Experience in backend systems using a compiled language (Java, C#, Go, etc.).
- Willingness to take on frontend tasks or experience as a full-stack developer.
- Knowledge of modern, scalable web application design and architecture.
- Curiosity and a desire to learn new technologies.
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
