Base Salary
$151k - $297k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture spanning Salesforce CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite ERP.
- Design and implement a touchless transaction processing model.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Lead system design for Salesforce CPQ, including product catalog and pricing rules.
- Optimize quote-to-order conversion for accurate data flow.
- Implement governance on pricing and discounting.
- Streamline quote generation and renewals with RevOps.
- Integrate CLM with Salesforce for automated workflows.
- Ensure contract terms are synchronized with Salesforce CPQ.
- Design integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Establish monitoring and reconciliation frameworks.
- Maintain architectural documentation and process maps.
- Identify and reduce technical debt in the QTC ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in QTC or Finance Systems Architecture.
- Proven experience integrating CLM platforms with Salesforce.
- Experience in automating end-to-end touchless transactions.
- Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and CPQ configuration.
- Experience with integration middleware and API design.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
