Responsibilities
- Design and ship production-grade machine learning systems for conversational AI.
- Build systems that interpret user intent and manage context across interactions.
- Develop agentic workflows including memory and context management.
- Create evaluation frameworks to measure quality and guide iteration.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams for user-facing experiences.
- Ensure performance, latency, and reliability at scale.
- Continuously improve agent behavior through feedback loops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping machine learning systems in production.
- Experience with large language models and real-world applications.
- Deep understanding of challenges in conversational or agentic systems.
- Experience designing metrics or evaluation pipelines for ML systems.
- Comfortable debugging complex interactions between models and system constraints.
- Commitment to building reliable, scalable systems for high-quality user experiences.
- Enjoy working cross-functionally in a collaborative team environment.
