Base Salary
$180k - $248k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical account strategies and execution plans for Databricks use cases in strategic accounts.
- Own technical delivery from customer decision through onboarding, enablement, go-live, healthy consumption, and ongoing adoption.
- Serve as the first technical contact for production and go-live questions and coordinate escalations across Databricks teams.
- Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering resources.
- Create and execute plans for accelerating use cases into production, improving user growth and product adoption, and controlling cloud costs through tuning and optimization.
- Manage executive and operational governance, stakeholder relationships, risks, customer health, investment status, and use-case progression.
- Navigate product innovations, private previews, and upgrade needs with Databricks Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide internal and external KPI and status updates to the Technical GM.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
- Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems.
- Ability to connect business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
- Experience with technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability.
- Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives.
- Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing complex programs or projects.
- Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
