Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder research across pre-sales and post-sales GTM motions and translate findings into a prioritized problem backlog.
- Build and refine AI agents, contributing to system architecture, retrieval logic, output calibration, and working solutions for real workflows.
- Stay embedded in pipeline reviews, deal cycles, QBRs, renewal planning, and account strategy sessions.
- Own system reliability and quality by monitoring adoption, diagnosing output failures, and continuously tuning released systems.
- Validate field signals, structure deal and customer patterns, and contribute to a shared knowledge hub that improves agent outputs.
- Identify reusable patterns and scale successful solutions across account scenarios, customer segments, and deal stages.
- Partner with Growth Engineering, PMM, Solutions Consulting, Pricing, Customer Success, and leadership to drive adoption and business impact.
- Help define the operating playbook for Braze’s emerging Applied AI function.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role with direct commercial-motion involvement, such as Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Account Executive, Sales Leadership, or GTM strategy at a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed real work processes.
- Technical fluency in integration architecture, system-level agent-output evaluation, prompt design, retrieval logic, and data workflows, including Python and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the operating realities of AEs, SCs, BDRs, sales leadership, Customer Success, and business value teams.
- Experience with executive-level customer engagement and sufficient field credibility to influence enterprise opportunities or executive business reviews.
- Track record of taking solutions from problem identification through field adoption rather than handing them off after development.
- Ability to balance multiple workstreams involving field engagement, system building, and continuous refinement.
- Highly autonomous, self-directed senior individual-contributor operating style.
- Product Management background or equivalent experience shipping products that people use.
- Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture within enterprise SaaS.
- Proficiency with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, custom agent frameworks, API integrations, and workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS technologies such as Salesforce, Gong, Slack, and Snowflake.
- Experience scaling internal tools or systems beyond an immediate team.
- Analytical ability to evaluate deal data, diagnose output failures, and build data-driven recommendation systems.
