Base Salary
$98k - $169k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute team technical goals and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement agentic AI applications.
- Develop proofs of concept, sizing, designs, implementations, and tests for technical solutions.
- Create dynamic UI components for chat, multimodal inputs, and real-time data streaming.
- Launch, monitor, and optimize AI applications using cloud services and container tools.
- Connect LLMs, vector databases, and machine learning models to existing software through APIs.
- Design prompts and assist with testing and analysis of AI responses.
- Partner with product, architecture, data science, data engineering, and governance teams to derive technical requirements and identify risks.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and technical skill development.
- Remove team roadblocks, escalate concerns, and contribute to strategy, execution, and Agile ceremonies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant technology and/or project management certifications.
- At least 3 years of experience working in infrastructure/cloud and/or software development.
- At least 3 years of experience using advanced algorithms, programming languages, or technologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing solutions, technologies, and trends.
- Hands-on experience delivering and supporting cloud services in hybrid or multi-cloud architectures using at least two of AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
- Extensive hands-on experience with CI/CD, service-oriented architecture, infrastructure as code, and/or containerization.
- Understanding of AI principles and development processes.
- Experience leading and operating in lean, Agile environments with distributed teams.
- Strong communication, independent learning, rapid decision-making, problem-solving, time management, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across technology and governance roles to develop, implement, and operate systems.
- Desired experience with Azure, LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Harness, Python, FastAPI or another Python API framework, Angular, React, JavaScript, and Git.
