Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and deploy full-stack software applications.
- Lead the design and development of complex software projects.
- Participate in Agile software development from concept and design through coding and testing.
- Analyze requirements, information needs, system flows, data usage, and work processes to develop software solutions.
- Document and demonstrate solutions using documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
- Provide senior-level support in project, status, issue, and conference-call meetings.
- Provide technical expertise, guidance, coaching, training, and educational support to team members.
- Mentor junior and mid-level software developers.
- Take ownership of services and applications at scale and make informed decisions quickly.
- Create internal process-improvement initiatives for team toolsets and workflows.
- Perform code reviews and provide operational support as needed.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Analyze complex technical problems, propose solutions, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a full-stack software developer.
- Preferred experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services/Web API, WCF, REST, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Preferred Microsoft SQL Server database design and query optimization experience.
- Preferred experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, Razor, React, or Blazor.
- Preferred experience with TFS or Git source control.
- Preferred Docker experience.
- Preferred experience working in an Agile environment.
- Preferred experience creating CI/CD pipelines and using tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Preferred infrastructure-as-code experience with Terraform or Bicep.
- Preferred Microsoft Azure experience.
