Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery from technical design and development through testing, deployment, production validation, and support.
- Build complex Salesforce functionality as a hands-on technical lead.
- Guide other developers and lead complex technical initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and distributed development teams to translate business needs into secure, maintainable solutions.
- Design and implement scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, platform APIs, and related Salesforce capabilities.

- Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex Salesforce initiatives.
- Experience building scalable Salesforce solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and platform APIs.
- Ability to guide developers, balance multiple priorities, and support delivery through production.
