Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Perform software design and software development with minimal supervision.
- Act as a key contributor in complex environments and lead team activities related to software design and development.
- Understand internal and external client needs and proactively provide advice.
- Assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, and work under pressure to support team success.
- Drive teams toward technical and commercial goals while remaining aware of profitability needs.
- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Manage costs for a specific project or work area when required.
Requirements
- Demonstrated competence in the relevant software development area.
- Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Ability to contribute effectively in complex environments and lead software design and development activities.
- Ability to understand client needs, formulate solutions, communicate complex concepts, and motivate team members.
