Base Salary
$124k - $146k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflows.
- Build intelligent pipelines with LangChain, LangGraph, and Microsoft Foundry Agent Service.
- Design, deploy, scale, tune, and optimize production GenAI systems across Azure and AWS.
- Support GenAIOps lifecycle activities, including secure deployment, monitoring, logging, observability, and operational stability.
- Develop scalable Python applications using distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
- Use Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and ARM/Bicep for containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
- Apply secure coding, data handling, automated testing, CI/CD, code review, and enterprise engineering practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable, maintainable, and compliant AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Five to six years of relevant experience; the experience section also specifies 7–9 years of software or platform engineering experience.
- At least two years of hands-on experience with GenAI systems, including LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts and exposure to LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS, distributed systems, scalable application design, and Python development.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code tools.
- Experience deploying GenAI or ML solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools and understanding of AI governance, compliance, and security practices.
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
