Base Salary
$80k - $294k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and operate end-to-end human-centered agentic AI systems across frontend, backend, data, and intelligent components.
- Integrate AI, machine learning, and NLP capabilities into workflows for client and business problems.
- Implement agentic AI behaviors using human-centered design and hybrid neural-symbolic approaches.
- Develop scalable APIs and services focused on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Partner with Sales on complex mid-market opportunities and shape advanced technical solutions.
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Lead technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Contribute technical input to solution designs, proposals, statements of work, and contracts.
- Provide technical guidance on industry use cases, best practices, and pre-delivery considerations.
- Collaborate with product, business, sales, client, global capability, and operational teams.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a full-stack AI or machine learning engineer or scientist working with production AI or machine learning models at scale, including monitoring, alerting, bug fixing, and auditing.
- At least 7 years of experience applying computer science foundations, computer system architecture, system engineering, and programming.
- At least 5 years of experience with distributed computing systems and architecture, including big data analytics, scientific computing, grid and cloud computing, or distributed networks.
- At least 4 years of experience building and deploying AI or machine-learning software to a cloud environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; an associate degree requires at least 6 years of work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, client-facing skills in a consulting environment, and cross-functional collaboration ability.
- Preferred experience with Python, Python-based AI or machine-learning frameworks, TensorFlow, PyTorch, language-model APIs, and optimizing language-model usage for applications.
- Preferred experience with Clojure, C++, Java, R, and SQL.
- A master's or PhD in a related field such as computer science or engineering is preferred.
