Base Salary
$200k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build Supio’s core full-stack application used by customers in legal workflows.
- Develop agentic platform capabilities for voice calling and transcription, medical and financial records extraction, and legal document drafting.
- Build the agent runtime, including prompt and tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost and performance optimization.
- Ship production features and the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring needed for accuracy and observability at scale.
- Shape the platform’s architecture and technical direction with end-to-end ownership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Demonstrated full-stack depth across React and TypeScript frontends, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Strong product sense and experience building customer-facing products from user needs.
- Fluency with coding agents in daily development work.
- Experience operating with autonomy at startup pace and in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to meet in-office or hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco.
- Preferred: hands-on experience building and shipping applied AI/LLM systems and prior experience at AI-native companies.
- Formal ML background is optional.
