Base Salary
$197k - $345k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and build end-to-end control-plane and telemetry experiences, including domain models, APIs, and visual interfaces.
- Apply information architecture and visualization principles to explain high-dimensional, temporal, and nondeterministic system state.
- Design human-agent interactions, feedback loops, state reversal, micro-interactions, defaults, and oversight affordances.
- Develop human-in-the-loop frameworks balancing approvals, audit trails, and automated guardrails.
- Prototype interaction models, evaluate technical constraints, and ship production-grade code focused on explainability and usability.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of distributed architecture, state management, consistency, asynchronous failure modes, and observability.
- Strong proficiency in information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization.
- Ability to execute across backend system concepts and fine-grained user experiences in code.
- Expertise designing interfaces for agentic execution, including delegation, governance, context awareness, and trust.
- Mastery of interaction design tradeoffs involving confirmations, system causality, and uncertainty representation.
- Preferred experience includes developer platforms, observability systems, control planes, investigative analytics tools, HCI, design systems, enterprise or safety-critical visualization, tool-using AI models, agent supervision interfaces, or zero-to-one developer tools.
