Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI-native applications using Large Language Models and foundation model APIs.
- Design agentic workflows, orchestration frameworks, memory systems, tool integrations, and multi-agent solutions.
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval strategies.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications through scalable APIs and full-stack development.
- Implement responsible AI practices, including guardrails, safety controls, audit logging, and model governance.
- Create evaluation frameworks, prompt testing strategies, regression testing processes, and monitoring frameworks.
- Monitor and optimize AI application performance, observability, tracing, latency, quality, and cost.
- Deliver AI solutions from concept and architecture through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, product teams, business stakeholders, and other engineers.
Requirements
- Strong experience developing and delivering Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
- Hands-on experience building AI-native applications and integrating model APIs into enterprise systems.
- Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval optimization.
- Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks, workflow orchestration, tool integration, and multi-agent systems.
- Experience implementing AI governance, safety controls, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
- Proficiency in software development, API development, and cloud-native application design.
- Experience building automated testing, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI applications.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Preferred: experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, MLOps, AIOps, AI observability tools, regulated-industry AI solutions, CI/CD, DevOps, automated deployments, and mentoring engineers.
